“Give yourself a gift – the present moment” is what I gained from reading Living in the Now by Jill Jacques.
I became aware of how important the present moment is. As a result I can certainly vouch for experiencing far less stress by learning to let go; which allows the feelings of contentment and happiness to flow more easily.
I’m much better at problem solving and the peace of mind I derive from this, is priceless.
